Mt Rainier
We made it to Mt Rainier yesterday, stayed in Ashford to let a storm pass. 10” of new snow fell last night, so I imagine the conditions are pretty unstable.
Heading up the mtn today. Camp Muir tonight, look for a summit Monday, weather, will and avy conditions permitting. We will descend Tuesday before the next storm comes through. Definitely different going for it without guides. Lots...
